Anyone who intends to use any of MedAct's trademarks should become familiar with the MedAct Brand Standards Guide. When our corporate identity is presented consistently, we create a positive and lasting impression of our company. The value of our brand symbol (logo and corporate identity) is immeasurable. Its value increases each time it is presented properly and decreases with every incorrect or improper application.

The MedAct Brand Standards Guide is designed for MedAct partners and system integrators, as well as MedAct employees and agencies that are authorized to use the corporate logos in creating presentations, packaging, collateral or ads. BRAND STANDARDS GUIDE FOR USAGE OF THE MEDACT CORPORATE LOGO
The MedAct logo is a specifically designed graphic and may not be re-typeset or modified in any way. Artwork for the logo is available in electronic form on this Website.

Color
the approved colors for the MedAct logo are:

  -For two-color spot printing PMS 193; PMS Black 7
  -For one-color printing: Black

Placement Treatment

  -The MedAct logo may never be used to represent the word "MedAct" in text, whether it appears in a headline,
   product-name logotype, or body copy.
  -The logo must always be accompanied by the registered trademark symbol (®).
  -Use only approved MedAct artwork.

Combining the logo with other graphics
The MedAct logo never appears with any other symbol or icon (except the registered trademark symbol), nor is it contained within a box, circle, or other shape.

Logo Usage
Third-Party Usage

the MedAct logo may be used only when referring to MedAct, Inc. In addition to the color, size,
and placement rules outlined here, third parties must also agree to the following terms and conditions when
using our corporate logo. Any use of the logo that falls outside what is outlined below is strictly prohibited.

Guidelines for Third Parties
1. Our logo may only be used to identify MedAct, Inc. or MedAct products or services.
2. Our logo may not be used in a manner that would imply your company is sponsored or endorsed by, or
affiliated with, MedAct.
3. Our logo may not be used in a manner that would imply goods, services or Web sites provided by your
